What If...

It all started when I was in elementary school.  It was in my 6th grade language arts class taught by Mr. Lee.  That class usually followed right after lunch.  After having just played handball with my friends, I would usually run in right after the second bell.  During one particular class, Mr. Lee announced that our school district was going to participate in a national creative competition.  The rules were simple:  there would be a universal topic and each of us was allowed to use either words (essays/poems) or artwork to express what the topic meant to us… in our own interpretation.  The goal was to be creative.  The topic for the competition?… you guessed it, “What if…” 

While others around me came up with essays and poems addressing important world issues like, “What if we had infinite water?” and “What if there was no pollution?”  I had more pressing matters on my mind.  Being the naïve and creative kid that I was, I chose to name my artwork:  “What if dragons were man’s best friend?”  Although it sounded preposterous at the time, I assure you no one was laughing a decade or so later when Dream Works made not one, but two movies (How to Train Your Dragon franchise) with the same premise as my elementary school project.   

Although it’s been well over a decade and I’ve moved on with the concept of dragons and humans living peacefully together, the thought of the blanket phrase, “What if” still holds a strong place in my heart.  This isn’t just a marriage of two English words; the unison of these two vocabulary words trigger the imagination of infinite possibilities.  It is with this powerful phrase that I’d like to introduce everyone to the Niche for Men Face and Body Deodorizing Wipes.
