11/3/2014 0 Comments The Perfect Smile In A TubeSo, by now a good number of you are scratching your heads and asking, “WTF?!?!?! Why is MP bringing up a product they’ve written before?” Well Turbo, if you’d cool your jets, we’d tell you.
Since our initial post about the 3D strips, a few of you lads have reached out and expressed some concerns: · Having the strip in your mouth for 30 minutes feels weird and uncomfortable · $49.99 USD is reasonable, but are there cheaper options? · How to tell if I no longer need to use the strips Instead of having you all just “Man Up and Shut Up”, we’ve found a decent alternative that’s less irritating and much cheaper. The product we are referring to is also a Crest product… Crest 3D White Toothpaste! Yes sir, you read that correctly. In addition to their White Strips product line, Crest also offers its 3D White in the form of toothpaste. And no, this is not your typical rainbow color paste that offers you fruity breath. This right here is a product with a strong emphasis on helping you achieve a shinier set of teeth. You can purchase the toothpaste for around $3.00 USD at your local supermarket, convenient stores or drug stores. The product comes in an individual shiny metallic purple packaging with the logo “Crest 3D White” all around. The overall look and coloration of the packaging resembles that of its Crest 3D White Strip cousin. You can forget all the bubble gum and fruity flavored toothpastes you’ve had in the past. The Crest 3D White comes in Arctic Fresh Icy Cool Mint. Just the name of the flavor alone is enough to put the competitors to shame. The tube itself is white with half of its side covered in blue. The substance within the tube is in a light, almost transparent blue. If you were to take a closer look, there are microscopic dark blue crystals mixed within the light blue paste. We weren’t kidding when we mentioned the Arctic Fresh flavoring. With the top propped open, you can distinctively inhale the scent of minty freshness. Once you have the toothpaste in your mouth and working it with your toothbrush, you’ll start to notice this tingly and somewhat “spicy” sensation as it comes into contact with teeth and gum. Give yourself a good 3 – 5 minutes of proper brushing and make sure to cover all the nooks and crannies. After couple of rinses, you’ll notice a little change in the coloration of your teeth. Unlike the strip, the toothpaste doesn’t show a drastic before and after effect. Instead, the product relies on the user’s regular hygienic habits along with its whitening and stain-removing technology for a more gradual transformation. As mentioned above, the Crest 3D White is a decent alternative for those who find it uncomfortable applying the 3D White Strips or want something more convenient and cost effective. However, as mentioned, do set your expectations properly when using this product. You will not wake up over night and find yourself staring into a set of pearly whites. The improvement process here depends on the individual and his or her regular grooming habits. Nevertheless, this product does give the user a sense of confidence and reassurance as one works towards a bright smile, one day at a time. by ManPossible
