1. Any night you’re lucky enough to have the opportunity, be like Frankie – Relax, don’t do it! 2. Eat better – fewer carbs, more veggies, etc. – but pick spots for the occasional indulgences…. 3. Work out more often, better and smarter. 4. Create downtime for yourself; you know what they say about “All work, no play,” right? 5. GROOM GROOVY!
